Is this a private tour?
Yes. Visits are designed for your party and are not combined with unrelated guests.
Does the service include a vehicle?
No. BTS provides licensed guide and cultural interpretation services. Transport can be arranged independently by the guest. Where helpful, Samuel can identify a separate transport provider, but it will not be bundled into the guiding fee.
Can the visit be adapted for children or older travellers?
Yes. Share ages, walking comfort and mobility considerations when enquiring so the pace and route can be adapted.
Do you work with hotels, DMCs and travel companies?
Yes. BTS accepts trade enquiries for private guests, inspections and guide-led programmes. Commercial and operational requirements should be included in the enquiry.
What languages are available?
Samuel is licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board to guide in English.
